Cancellation / Refund Policy.

We love our clients and will never want any client to leave unsatisfied. But, in any case if you ever want to cancel the on going project with us we completely understand its your choice and we will try our best to make the whole process as easy and seamless as possible for you.

1. Refund Before the Work Begins

Although our team starts working on your project as soon as you accept the quotation and send your initial inputs, we will refund the full amount to you at any stage before the project start date mentioned on the quotation "no questions asked".

2. Refund on OR after the Project Start Date

If you decide to cancel the project on or after the project date, a total of 15% of the project cost will be with held as non-refundable and the rest will be refunded to you within 7-10 working days.

3. Refund After the First Draft

If you decide to cancel the project after we have sent you initial draft renders then a total of 50% of the project cost will be with held by the us as non-refundable.

 

Note : Watermarks will not be removed from the first draft renders even if you cancel the project at this stage.

4. Case where no refund will be provided

  • When the project is complete and the client has paid 100% of the project cost.

  • When a client demands products/services without any watermarks from the first draft itself, for a project where even initial first draft renders are required without any water marks the client will need to pay 100% payment in advance.

  • When we have sent the 3D Model/Working files to the client.

MODE OF REFUND

All refunds will be processed through online transfer within 7-10 working days.

​

ADDITIONAL CHARGES

Any charges in the form of transaction charges/platform fee will be a cost to you in both making the payment to us and when we initiate a refund.

​

Example :

​

If the Client Needs to Pay Us $100

They will have to pay $102 ( if the trasaction charges/fee is 2% )

​

a 100% Refund to the client will be $100 from our account

They will receive the $98 ( if the transaction charges/fee is 2% )
